ABOUT HAIKARA
Haikara is a Japanese cuisine restaurant located in Roppongi, Tokyo, Japan and our restaurant is by appointment only.
We mainly use ingredients from Kumamoto prefecture, where the owner's birthplace is, including Kumamoto Japanese Black Beef which is extremely rare in Tokyo.
Based on the idea that we hope many customers to know the delicious ingredients that are unique to Kumamoto, you can enjoy a variety of dishes that maximize the power of the ingredients.
The chic space with a beautiful night view is perfect for spending a luxurious date or anniversary.
There is also a private room that can be used by more than 3 people, so please use it for important meal occasions such as entertainment and dinner.

東京では極めて希少な、熊本産黒毛和牛をはじめ、オーナーの出身地である熊本の食材を主に使用しております。
「熊本ならではの美味しい食材をたくさんのお客様に知っていただきたい」という考えのもと、素材の力を最大限に引き出し至極を凝らしたお料理の数々を堪能いただけます。
夜景も臨めるシックな空間は、デートや記念日を贅沢に過ごしていただくのにぴったりです。
